We have a wealth of experience at dealing with complex property problems and disputes. We work with large and small design teams, solicitors and accountants. We work on new developments in city centre locations and green and brownfield sites.
We work closely with architects and engineers, and provide additional health and safety advice. We have refurbished and altered large student accommodation complexes, nursing homes, schools, offices and leisure centres.

Our knowledge of property and construction is diverse. We advise on planning and building regulations matters, we work on low and high rise properties, and advise clients in the commercial and public sectors.

We are an independent practice based in the East Midlands. Our client base is however widespread across a large geographical area.
